LINED OBJECTS

In the Lined Objects two different perceptions of the space are possible as well: The proper mathematical structure – the broadness of the areas refers to the under-lying numbers – recedes behind the grid of separating lines. Less important at the first glance, these lines appear to be dominant in their net-like structure.
As they may allude to bar lines, the structured areas could be read as a rhythm. Consequently, there are also acoustic interpretations of the art-pieces which can be presented as sound installations.
